The Brandon Bell Foundation is an organization that believes in second chances. Founded in 2019 by Brandon Bell, but not implemented until 2022, is an all-around professional non-profit organization that provides services to those who have been wrongfully convicted as well as those who are seeing a second chance in society. We work in local communities that have been marginalized by poverty and discouraged by unequal treatment.

The Brandon Bell Foundation is an organization that:

  1. Challenge State Sentencing Laws for people who are mentally ill, live in poverty, or who have certain addictions.

  2. We advocate for people who have been the victims of wrongful convictions and police brutality.

  3. Hire Social Justice Advocates and Attorneys to Handle Wrongful Conviction cases.

  4. Set up local programs in the communities to help serve as a liaison between society and individuals coming out of prison.

  5. Send out Scholarships to help individuals coming out of prison get back into school, get certifications, and to help pay probation and parole fees and much more.

The Brandon Bell Foundation also provides intensive and qualitative research and recommendations to assist advocates and policymakers in the critically important work of criminal justice reform. We publish reports, discussion guides, and other educational materials, and our staff conduct educational tours and presentations for thousands of students, teachers, faith leaders, professional associations, community groups, and international visitors every year.
